Helping Young ‘Preneurs Excel is a program designed to help tap into the young business minds of Liberty County, GA. In its infancy, H.Y.P.E’s mission is to encourage, embrace and enhance young entrepreneurs to excellence. Embracing the entrepreneurial skills of our youth is integral in creating productive, global citizens and propelling long-term economic growth in our communities. Adults will facilitate the council, but the young people are the leaders.
